Saturday there was an event at Chicago's Truman College to mark the 4th anniversary. "Certified navigators" were also on hand to help people sign up for health insurance.
Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky attended the event and said that more than 313,000 people in Illinois have gotten health insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
The deadline to sign up for coverage is March 31.
