March 28, 2014 (CHICGAO) The Polish Consulate General in Chicago said it worked with the office of the governor of the state of Illinois, inviting Governor Pat Quinn, Jan Karski's student from Georgetown University, to be the guest of honor at an event that day

Jan Karski was a Polish diplomat and officer of the Polish Secret State during WWII.
