Recipe for Grilled Rosemary Ginger Steak

Prep time: 10 minutes (plus several hours marinating time)
Cook time: depends on the doneness desired
Serves: 2 depending on the steak and desired portion size
Ingredients:
2-12 oz. boneless ribeye steaks
2 ½ teaspoons very finely grated fresh ginger
2 ½ Tablespoons finely minced onion
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
Method:
- 1. In a bowl, combine ginger, onion, rosemary, salt, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and oil.
- 2. Place the steaks in the bowl and mix to coat the steaks well with the marinade.
- 3. Place in the refrigerator for 3-8 hours.
- 4. Grill the steaks over high heat until desired doneness.
