Sex offender sentenced for child porn
Forty-four-year-old Steven Ruby was convicted in 2001 for possession of child pornography and failing to register as a sex offender.
Four years later, corrections officials said they found pornographic images of children at Ruby's home during a routine visit.
He was convicted of those charges in February and sentenced Monday.
