NTSB to investigate chopper crashes

The past 11 months, nine emergency medical helicopters have gone down nationwide, killing 35 people.

The most recent crash was two weeks ago in Aurora, killing three crew members and a one-year-old patient died

Those who fly in medical helicopters say answers are needed to prevent more crashes and deaths.

The NTSB says there is a preliminary report on the cause of the Aurora crash, but it won't be released until a review by federal officials in Washington.
