U2 visits Chicago during media blitz

U2 will kick off U.S. tour at Soldier Field

U2 is coming to Chicago Tuesday to promote their new album. U2 performed live on Good Morning America Friday.

Tuesday, the band will take part in a promotion for Q101 FM. It will be hosted by Shirley Manson of the band Garbage at a secret location from 8 until 9 p.m.

The appearance is part of a nationwide blitz leading up to the debut of U2's new album No Line on the Horizon.

U2 will kick off the U.S. portion of their "Kiss the Future" tour in Chicago on September 12 at Soldier Field.
