Barbara Page died at the scene. Her daughter Angelina died hours later at the hospital.
Four people in the van were also injured.
6-year-old critically hurt after crash
April 6, 2009 Barbara Page of Wonder Lake was traveling east on Algonquin Road with her two daughters.
Police say Page's car crossed the yellow line and struck the rear of another car traveling westbound. Then her car collided head on with a westbound van.
