Christian Carr was last seen on May 24 by some friends around the lakefront in Hyde Park, according to his mother.
Carr is 5'9" and weighs 140 pounds. He is African-American and his mother says he has a light complexion. He was wearing a black sweatpants and black t-shirt with a royal blue race car jacket.
Anyone with information should call Chicago police.
