William Gaston, 34, is charged with child endangerment.
Police say Gaston left the girl in the back seat and spent 90 minutes inside Rizzo's Bar and Grill.
A driver parked next to Gaston's vehicle noticed the child and called police.
Gaston was arrested in the parking lot.
The girl was unharmed and released into the custody of her mother.
