The report says Starbucks' baristas are being told to make no more than two drinks at a time so they can focus on making each drink instead of being an assembly line. They are supposed to clean pitchers between each drink and only steam milk for one drink instead of steaming an entire pitcher for several drinks.
Some baristas worry the changes will create longer lines, according to the report.
