Second City is about to open a another venue in Chicago.The comedy club and long-running improvisational school will open a new theater in the Piper's Alley space. It was formerly occupied by the show "Tony 'n' Tina's Wedding."
The 280-seat space does not have a name yet. But it will be used for stand up and comedy-cabaret shows. It's expected to open in October.
