The Wall Street Journal reports some national banks are changing policies to collect higher fees. JP Morgan Chase is testing $5 fees in parts of Illinois and $4 in Texas for non-Chase customers who use a Chase ATM.
There are reports PNC and TD Bank Financial are also raising ATM fees.
Banks are looking to increase revenue because of new regulations that place limits on other fees they charge.
