Metra delays near Des Plaines | Train strikes empty car near O'Hare

November 29, 2011 (DES PLAINES, Ill.)

Train 100, which was due in to downtown at 6:55 a.m., was stopped after striking an empty car in Des Plaines. It was moving once again around 7:20 a.m. after the tracks were cleared.

Trains behind that one were also delayed.
