Avocado Dip

2 Avocados, firm but ripe
8 oz Sour Cream, Non-Fat
1 Roma Tomato, seeded and chopped
2 Green Onions, chopped
1 tblsp Fresh Lime Juice
a few drops Tabasco or other hot sauce

Combine all above ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Remove and chill for 1 hour.
Serve with assorted veggies and or crusty bread.
