Springfield Police say a teenage mother's been charged with child endangerment after her two daughters fell out of her sport utility vehicle.Authorities say the teen's 2-year-old and 5-month-old daughters tumbled out of the passenger side of her car Sunday afternoon as she was rounding a corner.

The girls landed on the pavement.

The 16-year-old's name isn't being released because of her age.

The children had no visible injuries, but were treated at St. John's Hospital.

Police say the teen told investigators that her toddler pulled on the door handle and opened the door as the car was moving.
