ARLINGTON HEIGHTS --An official with the MacArthur Foundation faces charges after police say he used a camera to take photos up women's skirts during Fourth of July festivities in Arlington Heights. Timothy Hoeppner was arrested after officers found a small camera containing several images from under women's clothing. Police say he would pretend to adjust his shoes while taking the photos.
Hoeppner is the managing director of real estate for the Chicago-based John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
The foundation isn't commenting on Hoeppner's arrest.
