Dad charged in girl abduction taken to Mass.

Officials say the fugitive father accused of kidnapping his daughter has been transfered from Baltimore to Boston for an arraignment expected later today. Rick Binetti, a spokesman for Baltimore's Central Booking facility, says the man known as Clark Rockefeller left the building at 5:30 a.m.

Spokesman Jake Wark from the district attorney's office in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, says Rockefeller should face arraignment later today in Boston, after he is booked and processed.

Police say Rockefeller abducted his 7-year-old daughter, Reigh Boss, July 27th on a supervised visit. Police apprehended him Saturday in Baltimore, where he had purchased a house and boat. He faces charges of felony parental kidnapping, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
