So the agency will require the remaining 33 families in what is called the row houses to relocate. The CHA says this portion of the row houses already has a 92-percent vacancy rate and it says there have been a number of recent arrests there for drug trafficking.
The families will get relocation assistance.
The sections of the row houses that have been rehabbed will not be vacated.
